TRADE OR DISTRIBUTOIR ACCOUNT REGISTRATION:
Any reference to the word "Account" on this website refers to a website log in account. The Clipper Shop does not offer credit accounts.
Trade Accounts will only be approved for professionals actively involved in the animal care industry and supported by proof of ABN.
Applications for Trade and Distributor pricing can take up to 3 days to process. In the meantime, you will be able to purchase from our website however you will only receive regular retail pricing.
Distributor accounts also require ABN details to be provided however an authorised staff member of The Clipper Shop will contact you by phone to further qualify your application.
Trade and Distributor pricing is available only on eligible products.
The Clipper Shop reserves the right to refuse any account application at its own discretion.
Afterpay is only available as a payment method for online purchases and on selected products.
Afterpay is only available for purchases greater than AUD $150.00 and up to $2000
Afterpay cannot be used as a payment method for services offered by The Clipper Shop. E.g. Afterpay is not offered as a payment method for blade sharpening and clipper or dryer servicing.

SPARE PARTS PURCHASES:
Customers who purchase spare parts do so at their own risk meaning that they are responsible for the proper installation of the spare part purchased.
The Clipper Shop will only honour warranty claims for electrical spare parts if the claim is supported with proof of installation by a qualified person (i.e. licensed electrician) as well as proof of purchase.
Spare parts installed during a service performed by The Clipper Shop, where all electrical spare parts are installed by a fully qualified and licensed electrician, are guaranteed for 12 months subject to normal wear and tear limitations.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY:
Upon successful completion (otherwise known as "Checkout") of an order, all customers will immediately receive an Order Confirmation to their registered email address. The email will outline the particulars of their order including Shipping Address, Items Ordered and Total Paid.
All orders are shipped the following business day after being placed unless otherwise requested. Customers can expect to receive their order subject to courier delivery timeframes. Customers should allow between 2 and 10 business days to receive their goods once dispatched depending on their location in Australia.
All customers are issued with a track and trace reference number so that they can monitor the delivery of their parcel. Track and trace numbers are issued immediately once goods are ready for dispatch.
All goods are sent using Australia Post and/or Direct Freight Express unless otherwise pre-arranged with The Clipper Shop.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE:
If you proceed to checkout you agree that you give Authority To Leave. Goods will be left in a safe place whether or not you are present to take delivery. If it is not safe for goods to be left then any associated redelivery fees will be at your own expense.
All goods are sent without insurance against loss or damage.
If you (the customer) require insurance against loss or damage to your purchased goods whilst in transit then it is your responsibility to contact The Clipper Shop to make the appropriate arrangements at extra cost to you.
If you require a signature upon delivery (only available for Australia Post Delivery services) then it is also your responsibility to contact The Clipper Shop to make the necessary arrangements at extra cost to you.
