At The Clipper Shop, we’re committed to providing quality and professional grooming products at competitive prices. However, we understand that you may want to return a product for a number of reasons. We abide by the following return policy for all of our grooming products and refund policy for all of our grooming tool repairs.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
Items may be accepted for return due to change of mind at the discretion of The Clipper Shop and must be discussed with The Clipper Shop prior to any items being sent for return purposes. Each request for return will be assessed on a case by case basis. If the return is approved then a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price will be charged. The customer will also be responsible for return postage or delivery.
You can elect to seek a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. Applicable problems include if the product:
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item. In this case, we will compensate you for any decrease in valuation.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time, you can choose a refund or replacement.
It is the customer's responsibility to return, at their own cost, any item for warranty purposes. The Clipper Shop will assess the returned item and if a valid warranty claim is approved The Clipper Shop will agree to rectify the problem in accordance with the statements above.
Please keep your proof of purchase. A valid receipt will be required for anyone seeking a refund or return.
